Montana State Korean Veterans' Memorial -- Butte

Stodden Park, Butte, Montana

Adopted in 1997.

Stodden Park, Butte, Montana was adopted in 1997 as Montana's State Korean Veterans' Memorial.

Stodden Park is Butte's main city park. There are tennis courts, a ball diamond, horseshoe pits, and large areas of shaded grassy areas for taking an afternoon nap while the kids play in the public swimming pool here.

(1) The Korean veterans' memorial located in Stodden Park, Butte, Montana, dedicated to the men and women who served the United States in the Republic of Korea, is an official state Korean veterans' memorial.
(2) The department of commerce and the department of transportation are directed to reference the location of a state Korean veterans' memorial on official state maps.
