This song, "Pennsylvania," was written and composed by Eddie Khoury and Ronnie Bonner and is the official song for all public purposes.

AN ACT

1 Declaring and adopting the song "Pennsylvania," lyrics and music
2 by Eddie Khoury and Ronnie Bonner, as the State song of the
3 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Official State song.
7 The song "Pennsylvania," lyrics and music by Eddie Khoury and
8 Ronnie Bonner, is hereby adopted as the State song of
9 Pennsylvania and shall be the official song for all public
10 purposes. The lyrics of the song are as follows:

26 (A) THIS ACT SHALL NOT BE EFFECTIVE UNTIL THE OWNER OF THE
27 COPYRIGHT ASSIGNS ALL RIGHTS, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE
28 COPYRIGHT TO THIS SONG TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA.
29 (B) NO PAYMENTS OR OTHER CONSIDERATIONS SHALL BE PAID ANYONE
30 WHOMSOEVER FOR SUCH ASSIGNMENT.
