About our Attorneys

Our attorneys average 18 years of experience and are dedicated to helping you and your family through your legal matters.

Before an attorney can become part of the Legal Services Plan, we make certain that he or she is registered with the State Bar or appropriate regulatory agency in the state(s) in which he or she practices. Plan Attorneys are experienced licensed attorneys in private practice law firms.

We will select and assign your Plan Attorney by locating the participating law firm nearest to your home. However, if you would prefer a different Plan Attorney, perhaps one that's closer to your place of business or for other matters or issues in other states, we will gladly attempt to reassign one to you. Simply call our Customer Service Department at the number on your membership card. We will send you membership cards with your new Plan Attorney's name and number.

Your attorney/client relationship is confidential. In all cases, your Plan Attorney's obligations and relations will be exclusively with you. The Legal Services Plan cannot and does not interfere with your attorney/client relationship or give any instructions or directions to Plan Attorneys in that regard.

Your Plan Attorney is responsible to act in accordance with the applicable rules of professional responsibility (Code of Ethics), rules of the courts, and statutes and regulations, which include maintaining the confidentiality of your relationship. Accordingly, your Plan Attorney is not permitted to disclose to the Legal Services Plan information concerning the substance of the legal services being provided to you and the Legal Services Plan does not monitor your substantive attorney/client relationship. Plan Attorneys are independent contractors and are not employees of the Legal Services Plan. The Legal Services Plan is not responsible for the substantive legal services that the Plan Attorney provides you.

We ask your Plan Attorney to share with us some non-privileged information for customer service and statistical purposes, only. You agree to this exchange by enrolling in the Plan. The statistical information will not include your name and is limited to data concerning areas of law, billing and your Plan Attorney's time.
