VA Loan - A government-backed mortgage loan supported by the US Veterans Administration. Variable Rate - Interest rate that changes periodically in relation to a specific index. Variable Rate Mortgage - See Adjustable Rate Mortgage. Verification of Employment (VOE) - Document signed by the borrower's employer verifying the borrower's position and salary. Vested - Means that one has a right to use a portion of a fund, such as an individual's retirement fund. |
