Saskatchewan Colleges
Colleges and Universities
The education you need, close to home.
Why Should I Attend a Saskatchewan College?
Saskatchewan was named by the Cree for the Saskatchewan River and means “swiftly running water”. The South Saskatchewan River passes through Saskatoon, the largest city in Saskatchewan. If you choose to attend one of Saskatchewan’s colleges, you may find yourself in Saskatoon. Saskatoon is a beautiful city that exalts in cultural excellence. Many of Canada’s premier writers call the Saskatoon area home. Another of Saskatchewan’s main cities is Regina, the provincial capital. Saskatchewan is
home to a good number of religious colleges, private colleges, technical schools, community colleges, and universities. Saskatchewan is a very flat agricultural plain that will test your endurance at both climactic extremes with summer highs in excess of 32 degrees C and winter lows well below -22 degrees C.
