Nunavut Colleges
Colleges and Universities
The education you need, close to home.
Why Should I Attend a Nunavut College?
Attending a Nunavut college is bound to be the experience of a life time. There are few areas on earth that can afford you the cultural and naturalist experiences of Nunavut. Being Canada’s most northerly province, Nunavut has some of the most extreme cold weather. Weather in Nunavut in the winter can be dangerous and rapidly changing but can provide breathtaking displays of aurora borealis. The wildlife that you can hope to encounter while attending an Nunavut college are also very unique
and include polar bears, moose, and whales.
Nunavut is Canada’s newest Territory, joining confederation on April 1, 1999. As such a new governmental body, while attending a Nunavut college you will be privileged to watch as history unfolds before your eyes.
