This means that the majority of your courses will teach you about one aspect of communication technology, such as radio broadcasting or knowledge of specific equipment for developing film or other technical processes. With a degree in communications technology, you can work in a variety of jobs. With experience you can work as a manager of a project or work on postproduction for a television studio. Many communications technicians also work in advertising or public relations.
